- 2The moderator assigns secret roles and tells everyone to cover their phones.
- 3Each role appears briefly, then hides behind the Mafia logo.
- 4At night, players wake by role and point while the moderator records actions.
- 5During the day, the room discusses and votes to eliminate someone.
Town wins by eliminating all Mafia. Mafia wins when they reach parity with the town.
Best with 5-20 players plus a moderator. Phones reveal roles, but night actions happen in person.
Host tips
Tell everyone to keep phones covered before role reveal.
Only the moderator should use a phone during night.
Use public voting if anyone has connection trouble.
